In her Lightside form, Damona is a humanoid Yo-kai, sharing her appearance with her original counterpart with fair skin along with dark purple hair and eyes along with a black kimono with a dark pink obi but had more humanoid features like Blizzaria's Lightside form. Her hair is combed over her left eye.
In her Shadowside form, her glacial clip grows into a style of a crown and she gains a gold belt on top of her obi, making her identical to Blizzaria's Shadowside form.
Despite being an oni type Yo-kai, Damona is not part of the Oni tribe.
In the Chinese release of Yo-kai Watch 4++, Hyakki-hime (Shadowside) has an altered design where her chest is more covered up. The same applies to Blizzaria (Shadowside).
