Ittan-momen

Ittan-Momen (Japanese: 一反木綿 Ittan-momen) is a Rank A Yo-kai of the Mysterious tribe in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble. He is one of the characters that appear in the GeGeGe no Kitaro series.

In Yo-kai Sangokushi: Kunitori Wars, he is a Rank S Yo-kai of the Slippery tribe. He also has an Rank S form called Ittan-Momen S (Japanese: 一反木綿S, Ittan-Momen S).

Ittan-Momen makes an appearance in Yo-kai Watch Shadowside: The Return of the Oni King, alongside his friends that were lead by Kitaro.

Appearance[]

Ittan-Momen resembles a strip of white cloth with arms and a pair of beady eyes. His body gets thinner towards the tail and he has no mouth. His body is roughly 10 meters long, though he has been depicted much shorter. He can also stretch his body to some extent to become longer.

Ittan-Momen S is different from his regular self with a flaming aura and his beady eyes turned blood red and looking angrier.

Personality[]

Unlike many tales of the Ittan-Momen of legend, the Ittan-Momen from the GeGeGe no Kitarō franchise is a kind Yo-kai that fights alongside Kitaro and the rest of the Kitaro family. Since the legend is from Kagoshima, Ittan-Momen speaks with a Kagoshima dialect.
