Jibanyan B has access to a backpack-connected blaster designed to fight Yo-kai in Terror Time.
Jibanyan B can be befriended by linking Yo-kai Watch Blasters: Red Cat Corps to get the Red Cat Membership Certificate, and then finding him next to the bench below the Enma Villa in New Yo-kai City and battling him once a day.
Jibanyan B can be randomly befriended by repeatedly completing the Yo-kai Busters Mission, in PuraPura Blasters. Only one Jibanyan B can be befriended per save file.
Jibanyan can wear the Jibasuit B and turn into Jibanyan B after clearing chapter 4. The Jibasuit B can be randomly obtained by completing the Labyrinth of Red Cat.
B Jibanyan can be obtained by redeeming the Yo-Kai Watch Blasters secret word included in the Japanese physical version of the game*. He is also available in coins usually from other secret words or very rarely given coins.
