Jibanyan Matsuri wears a red and orange with star patterns, he has a yellow ribbon on his belly, He wields a yellow fan with stars patterns, on the center its located the kanji "入" inside a red circle.

Jibanyan Matsuri appeared in the "Yo-kai Watch Series 8th Anniversary Event-Dream Co-Fight! Great Youma Festival" Event that lasted from July 1st, 2021, to July 15th, 2021. There was a chance that he could be befriended in the limited Crank-a-kai, dealing more damage against Gentotsu-Inchou slingshots. Additionally since July 4th until July 11th a thematic Score Attack was celebrated and there was a chance to get him if you classified into the first 6.000 players in the ranking.
