"Kage Orochi lives in the dark world of the shadows of his evil Shadowside. It creeps noiselessly alongside its target, stealing its life without fail. They say that no one has ever lived to see this figure..."
Much like Shadowside Venoct, in his Lightside form, Kage Orochi is a humanoid Yo-kai with grey skin. He has white hair with blue highlights tied in a ponytail. his eyes are red with black sclera. He seems to be wearing a black leather motorcycle jacket with purple streaks and blue fasteners on it, and black jeans with two belts.
In his Shadowside form, Kage Orochi resembles a black serpent-like dragon. Two spiritual purple dragons surround him.
Shadowside Kage Orochi can only be befriended if the player has his tag. To obtain his tag, the player must own CoroCoro Magazine January 2020 Issue - which has his code in one of the pages. Once the player has obtained his tag, Shadowside Kage Orochi will be waiting near a stream in Kasumidai.
