Kanekui Himena is a humanoid being with grey colored skin and long red hair with mouth-like protuberances coming out of it, with an extra mouth being in top of her head. Her eyes are white with purple pupils and her eyelids are a dark yellow. She wears a purple dress that is light blue at the bottom, a large mike-like ring floats around her head. She is also wearing black shoes.

Kanekui Himena appeared in the "Idol Royale ~ The 1-1 Preliminary Round for the Strongest Idol Championship Begins!! Edition~" Event that lasted from March 17, 2025, to March 31 2025. There was a chance of befriending her in the limited Idol Royale Gasha, giving the damage and defense bonus & reduction of Soultimate gauge on Ubayama Mimi Boss stage located in the Idol Tower Rooftop (Japanese: アイドルタワー屋上 Aidoru Tawā Okujō) map.
