"Under the influence of Bousou Amaterasu, Kappa'ou Sagojou has acquired the most vicious supernatural powers, on a par with that of a water deity. His water techniques are like a surging river, consuming everything."
Kappa Buou Sagojou wears yellow clothes consisting in a yellow jacket with blue stripes and scale patterns and a yello hakama with a blue lace that has orange balls. His plate now is ligh blue colored.

Kappa Buou Sagojou appeared in the "On the brink of Rampage!? Limit Break! ~ Amaterasu Combat ~ Budokan Battle" Event that lasted from August 1, 2020, to August 16, 2020. He can befriended after collecting 8 plates of every main tribe which are dropped after finishing a battle in the event map. He gave the damage and defense bonus against all enemies in the Amaterasu Martial Arts Tournament Challenger (Japanese: アマテラス武道会 挑戰者,Amaterasu Budōkai Chōsen-sha) map.
