Kasei no Seiryuu has an orange dragon orb in his hand, light orange small spikes and at the tip of his tail is orange. The same dark orange is on his hair at the top of his head, with yellow marks on the top as well, with yellow on his chest and all the way to the tip of his tail, with some over the chest.

He is in problem about his powers and appearance.

Kasei no Seiryuu is capable of summon water and fire attacks.

Kasei no Seiryuu appeared in the "Ginga Watch ~Mars Predator Yo-kai Edition~" event that lasted from June 15, 2024, to June 30, 2024. There was a chance of befriending him in the limited Ginga Watch Gasha. He gave the damage and defense bonus and nullifies the Fever gauge drain in the the Swelterrier boss stage located in the Lava Cave (Deepest part) (Japanese: 溶岩の洞窟 (最深部) Yōgan no Dōkutsu (Saishinbu)) map. Additionally, he gave the damage and defense (from June 19, 2024, to June 30, 2024) bonus in the The Question of the Oil Bath (Japanese: 油風呂の問 Aburaburo no To) Gates of Whimsy.
