Ken-ou has the appearance of Nate wearing Lord Enma's outfit. He also wears a necklace with a star on it, as well as his robes having blue on the insides. His hair is brown with a blonde tuft at the top, as well as wielding the Fusion Watch on his wrist. A purple flame is also on his forehead.
Kugutsu Ken-ou has the same appearance as Ken-ou, except with torn robes, a shadowy aura surrounding him, an eye that is completely black except for the pupil, and mostly gray hair, aside from a smaller blonde tuft. The flame on his forehead is also darker.
