A guardian deity who has the power to command many Yo-kai as has been told in legends. With the power to draw out the ultimate power, Godside, from certain Yo-kai, he brings any and all battles to an end.
He has a small chance of befriending you when you beat PuraPura Blasters Mission 16, Play of the Gods. You can also obtain his gold Kon through this mission.

Yo-kai Watch the Movie: Forever Friends[]
Kenshin Amaterasu is a major Yo-kai in Forever Friends. He aids in the battle against Shien, transforming the Yo-kai Watch Elder Zero into the Yo-kai Watch Elder God, allowing Gusto, Kappa and Zashiki-warashi to transform into their Godside forms.
Etymology[]
Kenshin Amaterasu can be translated as "Wisdom God Amaterasu."
Origin[]
Amaterasu is based on the Shinto deity of the same name. though mostly depicted as female, and is seen as the goddess of the sun and the universe. The name Amaterasu is derived from Amateru and means "shining in heaven". The meaning of her whole name, Amaterasu-ōmikami, is "the great august kami (deity) who shines in the heaven." According to the Kojiki and Nihon Shoki in Japanese mythology, the Emperors of Japan are considered to be direct descendants of Amaterasu.
