This stationery Yo-kai was born with the spirit of a used pencil shaving. It may be the work of this Yo-kai that the pencils, which one would not remember scratching, are neatly scratched.
Yo-kai Medallium biography
He got tired of pencil sharpening, so he started grinding away at the bones... how nice it felt! A Yo-kai, awakened by dangerous pleasures, is coming for your strong bones...
In his Lightside form, Kezurin resembles a small pencil sharpener. He has a small beady face with two grey cheeks and aqua eyes, two small black arms, red lips, and two small gold horns. His body is grey and white in color possessing small gold accents, particular around the handle of the blade unit and near his arms. His feet seem to be that of a snail, composing of a singular foot.
In his Shadowside form, Jinkotsukezuri is now a monstrous pencil sharpener. His body is now more square and bigger, as well as having longer black horns with gold tips, bigger arms, grey tears below his eyes, and a bigger red mouth containing three rotating whorls which drool, and act as teeth. On his abdomen are impressions of a ribcage, seen poking out, and grills are seen on his side. His foot now ends in a melting mass.
According to his Medallium bio, he is said to be born from a pencil shaving which took form of a pencil sharpener, and it has been his duty to scratch pencils to aid people. In his Shadowside form, he is said to have the ability to grind human bones like pencils, and he would usually hunt humans of their bones as pleasure to him.
Kezurin can be freed from the Oni Crank-a-kai. He appears in the Dameboy, Sproink, Bushinyan (Shadowside), Tidynator, and Shien missions in PuraPura Blasters (appearing most frequently in the Tidynator mission).

Etymology[]
Kezurin's name is derived from "sharpener", Kezuriki (Japanese: 削り器,Kezuriki).
Jinkotsukezuri's name is derived from "human bone" Jinkotsu (Japanese: 人骨,Jinkotsu), and Kezuriki (Japanese: 削り器,Kezuriki).
Trivia[]
Surprisingly, Jinkotsukezuri was untouched when the Chinese version of Yo-kai Watch 4 was released, considering China thinks it is incredibly culturally insensitive to depict skeletons.
