"Kirachara's energy was absorbed by Shion and he turned into a living corpse. Only his obsession with women remains, and he has become the embodiment of his desire for control."
Kirachara is a tall humanoid Yo-kai with tanned skin. He wears a black suit with stars imprinted onto it, and it appears to have a star necklace overlapped on top. Under the suit, he wears a long sleeved white shirt and he wears a yellow t-shirt underneath the white shirt. He also wears golden bottoms and a blue scarf with golden stars. His hair is a dark yellow and he has two golden Hitodama Flames near the top, along with a ghostly pink flame on his forehead. He is surrounded by six dark hearts with pink flames.

Jushi Kirachara's clothes have purple marks resembling blood. His stars and undershirt are now blue. His scleras are black and his pupils are purplish.
Kirachara appeared in the "Youmajin ~ Nampa Master's Youmajin Invasion ~" Event that lasted from June 1, 2022, to June 15, 2022. There was a chance that he could be befriended in the impossible stage, giving more Y-points in Jaju Tabigappa and Jaju Shivaraku punitto boards. He could easily be defeated by doing the following requirements:
Clear 2 times Jaju Shivaraku punitto boards.
Clear 4 times Jaju Shivaraku punitto boards.
Clear 6 times Jaju Shivaraku punitto boards.
Clear 7 times Jaju Shivaraku punitto boards.
Clear 9 times Jaju Shivaraku punitto boards.

Jushi Kirachara appeared in the "Youmajin ~ Different Dimension Decisive Battle! Birth of the Youma Choujin～" Event that lasted from August 1, 2023, to August 16, 2023. There was a chance of befriending him in the limited Crank-a-kai, dealing more damage in Jushi NEETETSU punitto boards. Additionally, he gave the damage and defense bonus in the Jushi Warushain stage in the fourth map.
