Kizunurse Ben Shi shares a similar appearance to Nurse Tongus. She wears a red, white and gold Chinese hat instead of her nurse headpiece as well as blue and pink flowers with gold trails. Instead of her nurse dress she wears a white kimono with a pink collar, sleeve cuffs and a pink gradient at the bottom of the skirt. Her obi is red with a pink obijime and has a red apron with a golden trim. She retains her shoes from her usual appearance.
