Komami (Japanese: コマみ Komami), also known as Commander of Mysterious (Japanese: コマンド•オブ•みステリアス Komando Obu Misuteriasu) is a Yo-kai of the Charming tribe. She was first introduced in Yo-kai Watch!, as the daughter of Koma Kaachan and the younger sister of Komasan and Komajiro.
In Yo-kai Watch World, she is a Rank A, Wind-attribute Yo-kai, while in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble, she is a Rank Z Yo-kai.

Komami is a komainu that shares many characteristics with Komasan, Komajiro, and even Koma Kaachan. She is slightly shorter than Komasan and Komajiro, sporting a rounder head with smaller hitodama flames that are pink in color. Unlike the other komainu Yo-kai, all there is on her tummy is a singular pink swirl rather than an outline. She also wears a red cloak with a pink bow, and a blue sling pouch. Komami's pink color scheme on her design is very similar to the purple color scheme of her mother.

Abilities[]
She owns a smartphone, which she uses to take pictures of landmarks and other scenery. She then uploads these images to a social media site called Inzuragram.

Yo-kai Watch![]
Komami is first mentioned in episode 2, where Koma Kaachan tells Komasan and Komajiro about her existence and tasks them to find her all over Japan using hints from photos taken from her Inzuragram account. From this point on in the Search Across Japan for Komami segment, she is heavily hinted and mentioned by other Yo-kai that Komasan and Komajiro both meet on their journey.
Suddenly in episode 30, Komami is briefly seen hiding behind Koma Kaachan during a video call with Komasan and Komajiro which leads them to go back to their home and find her. Komami manages to stealthy avoid Komasan and Komajiro, as well as taking photos of them while they aren't looking and escapes back into the human world to continue her journey around Japan.
Komasan and Komajiro finally find Komami in episode 32, where Komasan accidentally bumps into a tree off the raised road while Komami was spying on them. They were both overjoyed to meet Komami and feel happy about how she finally found her.
Komami's Yo-kai Criminal Police Organization-interpol card.
It was revealed in episode 34 and 35 that Komami works for the Yo-kai Criminal Police Organization-interpol as an undercover agent going by the role "Command of Mysterious.", where Komasan and Komajiro take them on a journey to stop Gargaros committing tax fraud on a distant island. She manages to stop them by showing her ability to do Kung-Fu moves on them, which makes them both Komasan and Komajiro surprised at the stories that Koma Kaachan told her were true all along.
At the end of the episode, Koma Kaachan was mentioned to have another son going by the name of Komagoro, so they task Komasan and Komajiro again to find him, with Komami joining forces.

Etymology[]
"Komami" is derived from komainu and the feminine Japanese name Mami. Additionally, "mi" can mean "three" in Japanese, referencing her status as the third child in her family.
Trivia[]
Initial design for a third sibling named Komasaburo, for the Yo-kai Watch Komasan manga.
- In the initial story proposal drafts for the Yo-kai Watch Komasan manga, there was originally going to be a different third sibling called Komasaburo (Japanese: コマさぶろう Komasaburou) who was originally created exclusively for the manga but it was rejected by Level-5.[1] She would have seemed to have undergone intensive training and acted crazy towards Komasan and Komajiro.
- Komasaburo's name was decided on before M02, who had a character with the same name.
- A third komainu sibling wouldn't eventually happen until Komami's creation, whose design ended up looking drastically different, despite coincidentally retaining the similar pink color scheme.
- It's unknown if the human on Komami's YCPO card is her human form.
- The human on her YCPO card has pink flames on her forehead similar to Komami.
- Out of all the mascot Yo-kai, Komami has the least speaking roles, only being in episodes 32, 34 and 35 of Yo-kai Watch!, and in Wibble Wobble.
- Despite Yo-kai Watch! being dubbed in Korean, all Komami's segments were cut, likely due to regulations depicting Japanese culture in Korea. Because of this, her Korean name is currently unknown.
- In the eighth movie, it's revealed that Komami has a codename: "Commander of Mystery".
