Warning: plot & spoiler details are listed below.

Komasaburo appears in the third segment of M02, where Koma Kaachan tells Komasan and Komajiro that they have a new baby brother in the family. When asked about it's origin, Koma Kaachan assumed that it was a "gift of from the gods" whilst Komasan becomes concerned about him.

Suddenly, Komasaburo goes missing only for him to be found on top of the ceiling boards. Komasan gets up there to bring Komasaburo back down to safety but accidentally makes him fall by trying to "drag" the ceiling board to prevent him from doing so. Komasaburo lands on Koma Kaachan's squishy body, but bounces back up onto the ceiling boards again, causing Komasan to try and save him only for Yo-kai Dromp to appear, taking the baby and damaging their home.

At first, Komasan and Komajiro shockingly have no idea how to save Komasaburo, but Koma Kaachaan finds a solution that involves pulling him out of it. Komasan notices a shining object on top of Dromp and tries to get it, but falls off, lands on Koma Kaachan and unintentionally bounces him back up to the top of the Yo-kai's head. Komasan saves Komasuburo by pulling him out, causing Dromp to return back to normal, not knowing anything that happened.

During the credits, Komasaburo was reunited with his parents after Koma Kaachan returns him to them.

Spoilers end here.

Name Origin[]
