Kuromi resembles a small white creature with a black diamond tail, and black colored headgear with a pink colored skull in the middle.

Kuromi can be found on Hidden Stage 2 of Hard Sanrio Puroland after finishing with a Soultimate Move on Stage 23 during the Saniro collaboration in Yo-kai Watch: Puni Puni. Alternatively, she can be freed from Sanrio Collab Gacha for 4500 Y-Money.
Kuromi also later be found on Hidden Stage 1 of Hard Sanrio Puroland after creating 7 or more Bonus Balls on Stage 28 during the 2nd Saniro collaboration in Yo-kai Watch: Puni Puni.
