Kyubi Matsuri (Japanese: キュウビ・祭 Kyubi Matsuri) is a Rank ZZ Yo-kai of the Mysterious tribe exclusively in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble. He is the celebration form of Kyubi.

Kyubi Matsuri has white fur in his body and tais, red fur is locate at the end of the tails and his fluffy mane. He wears a red and white headband. His claws are purple, a blue ghostly flame with a 10 on the center its floating in his right hand.

Kyubi Matsuri appeared in the “Yo-kai Watch Series 10th Anniversary Event～Lord Enma and X of Friendship Nyan～” event that lasted from July 1st, 2023, to July 15th, 2023. There was a chance for befriend him in the limited Crank-a-kai dealing more damage against Jibanyan S/Komasan S ohajikis. Additionally he gives the damage and defense bonus against Alicktokat stage in the 6th map.
