Lady Benzaiten wears a yellow top with a purple bow on the center, She wears a matching parlo with purple highlights and fish patterns around her waist wearing a kimono bottom under it with a wave pattern. she wears a pearl necklace with a shell in the middle, on her head is a seashell crown with purple shell horns and magenta coral. in her hair is a starfish headpiece with pearls she also has some of her hair going around her eye. hovering around her is a blue ribbon with the same pattern as her dress. she wields a electric guitar with a wave pattern on it.

There was a chance of befriending her in the limited Bachelor Gasha, she gave the damage and defense bonus & reduction of Soultimate gauge and nullification of damage ball drop on Lady Noroino Hanako Boss stage located in the Episode - Alternative (Japanese: エピソード・裏 Episōdo・ Ura) map. Additionally, she gave the damage and defense bonus in the Date Room (Rare) (Japanese: デートの間(レア) Dēto no Ma (Rea)) Gates of Whimsy.
