Lady KON resembles Krystal Fox. She is wearing a black leotard with a pink strip down the front and a pink belt with a holster with a gold heart shaped buckle. She has a pink loose waistcoat with pink heart shaped pockets. She has pink gloves with light pink rims and black sunglasses on her head. She is wielding a laser gun that resembles Usapyon's. It is brown on the top, pink on the bottom and has cream swirls down the top with a cherry at the end. It also has a white wing at the end.

Lady KON was exclusive to the Mission Kon-tan event that lasted from March 22, 2021, to April 5, 2021. She appeared in it as an advent boss. She could be befriended like normal Yo-kai; by using her favorite food.
