Lady Kirene has soft pink hair with yellow tips, styled in thick waves that cover her eyes completely. She wears a wide-brimmed straw hat adorned with pink and blue flowers and a pink ribbon. Her outfit consists of a frilly, ruffled two-piece swimsuit in shades of white, light blue, and turquoise. She also holds a black whip in one hand

Lady Kirene appeared in the "PuniPuni Hyaku Monogatari ~Midsummer Love Bachelor~" Event that lasted from July 16, 2025, to July 31, 2025. There was a chance of befriending her in the limited Bachelor Gasha, she gave the damage and defense bonus on Lady Fuumin Boss stage located in the Episode - Alternative (Japanese: エピソード・裏 Episōdo・ Ura) map. Additionally, she gave the damage and defense bonus in the Party Room (Japanese: パーティの間 Pāti no Ma) Gates of Whimsy.
