Leggly is small black or shadowed creature that wears a beige kasa hat with light purple drapes along the side and back and carries a black package tied with a red rope on a stick. The only visible limbs are a pair of legs with light peach coloured skin with fuchsia high heel pumps.
Everyone who gets inspirited by Leggly will inexplicably gain beautiful legs and the urge to show them to everybody.

Bikyaku's appearance is a wordplay on bikyaku (美脚|, "pretty legs") and hikyaku (飛脚).
Leggly is combination of "Leg" and "Lovely," mimicking its Japanese name.
Patis is a combination of "Pata" (Leg) and "maravillosa" (wonderful).
"Ingambe" comes from "in gamba" (literally "in leg," a periphrastic way of saying "smart," "skilled") and "gambe" (legs).
