Let's Go to Harrisville! is the fourth chapter of Yo-kai Watch 2.
Story[]
The protagonist is packing to visit their Grandma in Harrisville. Their mother asks if they knew where the doughnuts she bought for their grandma went but neither have a clue. The protagonist's mother gives them money to buy more doughnuts on their way to the station. At Shopper's Row, the player chooses from either doughnut shop and returns home. They go to bed and the next day say goodbye to their parents. The protagonist's mother gives them directions to Harrisville as well as money for the trip. They head to the station, taking the train to Harrisville. At the station, the protagonist is stumped on where to go next, Whisper reminds them to check the note their mother left them. They take the bus into Harrisville and meet their grandma waiting at the bus stop. They walk to their grandma's house with her. They stop to greet another villager as well as at the general store. The protagonist's grandma gives them a Soul Tea to cool off in the heat. At their grandma's home, the protagonist gifts them the doughnuts they bought. Inside, the two of them head to the protagonist's grandpa's shrine to pay their respects. The protagonist explains to Whisper that they never met their grandpa because he died before they were born. The protagonist's grandma tells them that she'll prepare dinner, letting them go out and play outside. The protagonist is then given three Key Quests to complete to continue the story: Secrets of Soulcery, No Time For Fishin'! and True Hide-and-Seek.
Once the quests are complete, the protagonist hears someone calling for help. The protagonist deducts it's coming from Mount Middleton. The protagonist heads to the west and finds a Mirapo who tells them that they're lost and tired from walking. The protagonist offers to carry them to the bottom of the mountain, with Jibanyan helping. Mirapo tells them they just wanted to admire the scenery. In thanks, they give the protagonist their medal which also unlocks the use of Mirapo transportation. Jibanyan then asks if they can go to the top of the mountain, the others agreeing. They reach the top, enjoying the view however it begins to rain. The protagonist however begins to run about with Jibanyan, enjoying the rain. A mysterious Yo-kai then appears, shielding the two from the rain. The protagonist searches for the Yo-kai with their watch, finding Pallysol. Much to the protagonist's surprise, Whisper knows the Yo-kai, proclaiming them to be famous. The protagonist asks if they want to play and they agree but soon seem a little worn out. Pallysol disappears mysteriously, Whisper upset he didn't get his autograph. Evening rolls in and the three decide to head home as they think their grandma is done with dinner now.
The protagonist returns to their grandma's home and has dinner, a bath, then goes to bed. At night, Jibanyan wakes up, waking up the other two. Jibanyan asks them to lead him to the bathroom. As the protagonist and Whisper are waiting outside, they hear someone calling out for help. They find a Tongus being hassled by a Snobetty and two Mochismo. The three Yo-kai attack the protagonist and they win. After, they ask if Tongus is okay which she says she is. She briefly mentions the Bonies and Fleshies before telling the protagonist to forget about it as it's not human business. As a sign of her gratitude, she hands over her medal. Tongus leaves and the protagonist asks Whisper about Bonies and Fleshies but as he explains they begin to fall asleep. They head back inside, going back to sleep.
The protagonist awakes to their grandmother crying out, they approach and see one of the doughnuts they gifted has grown huge. The doughnut flies out of the door and they follow it to the shed. Something inside the shed states its been waiting 60 years for someone with a Yo-kai Watch to come along. Jibanyan tries to go inside the shed but is stopped. Using their Yo-kai Watch, the protagonist finds a large Yo-kai inside. The Yo-kai asks for them to pull it out of the shed and the three of them manage to. After the Yo-kai emerges, they attack. After they're defeated, Whisper notices an air valve on the side of the Yo-kai. Jibanyan opens it, the Yo-kai transforming into Hovernyan. Hovernyan explained he used his powers to lead the protagonist here however before they can do anything, Hovernyan asks for another doughnut.

"It turns out Mirapo had gotten lost on Mt. Middleton. We helped him out and soon became friends. Seems there's a great view from the top of Mt. Middleton, so we decided to climb!
Let's Go to Grandma's[]
"I wonder what's wrong with Pallysol? He just dashed off for home all of a sudden. Speaking of dashing off for home, I'm super hungry! It's time to see what Grandma's cooking!"
Meganyan and Hovernyan[]
"So Meganyan is actually Hovernyan! And he's spent the last 60 years looking for a human who can help his friend! Well, we'll do whatever we can. I just wonder who his friend is..."
