Today is Christmas once a year. While the city is surrounded by a happy mood, when Nate and Jibanyan are walking, the chocobar that Jibanyan had and Whisper's Yo-kai Pad had disappeared one after another. It was the Yo-kai "Meganyan" that appeared there and used his pink mist. With the help of Nate, the Yo-kai "Hovernyan" who returned to his original form said, "actually, there is a lot of serious things happening now." he says. Apparently, Hovernyan, who was chosen to be on Santa duty this year, said that all the presents were gone while he was sleeping after preparing to hand out the presents. Where on Earth are the disappeared presents? Bring together the powers of Yo-kai and challenge this mystery.
Hailey Thomas makes her first onscreen appearance in the series.
Whisper falsely being accused as the person who stole the presents is a reference to Manjimutt getting arrested.
Errors[]
When Nate goes to check on if Whisper is okay after getting squashed by his supersized Yo-kai Pad, Jibanyan is small in comparison to Nate.
When Komasan bites Hovernyan's tail, the scar on Hovernyan's forehead is missing. Oddly, the error is even present in the preview image for the episode.
Before Nate, Jibanyan, and Whisper confront Hovernyan for consuming the presents, Hovernyan's eyes aren't aligned with his facial marking.
