Miradox (Japanese: うんがい三面鏡 Ungai Sanmenkyō) is a Rank A, Drain-attribute Yo-kai of the Mysterious tribe.

Miradox evolves from Mirapo when fused with Espy.

In Yo-kai Watch 2, Miradox is a Yo-kai needed to unlock Spoilerina. In Yo-kai Watch 3, it is changed to Shogunyan.

Appearances

Biology

A rosewood pink framed three-way mirror, Miradox has small eyes and a long sky blue tongue. He has dark purple curved attachments with the bottom having pegs that serve as feet and the top a pale sand yellow wisp.

Just like Mirapo, Miradox can teleport those who they wish from place to place through other Miradox.

Unlike Mirapo, Miradox have the ability to transport the player through time, allowing the player to reach the past. That being said, there's far fewer Miradox warp points than Mirapo, and they function as standalone points rather than as a network.

Miradox Points

  • Old Harrisville Station
  • Old Springdale (Baffle Board)
  • Old Mount Wildwood (Post-game)

Profile

Yo-kai Watch 2

Miradox is befriended automatically in the story. Alternatively, fuse Mirapo with Espy.

He is also used to warp between the game's two time periods, and is found at Harrisville Station, Next to the Crank-a-Kai on Mt. Wildwood and near Triangle Park.

Yo-kai Watch 3

Room B-301 in the Tranquility Apartments in Shopper's Row has a Baffle Board for him inside. When placed there, he will unlock a small quest for the player that involves traveling back to the past (albeit not with a 60-year time gap like in Yo-kai Watch 2). This quest only allows the upper part of the apartment block to be explored, as the exit is blocked by some NPCs.

M01

Miradox first appeared in the end of the first movie where he took Nate, Whisper, and Jibanyan to the present.

  • Miradox is a portmanteau of the words "Mirror" and "Paradox", referencing how one can travel through time by entering his body.
  • Trielespejo is a combination of "Trió" (Trio) and "Espejo" (mirror).

Trivia

  • Miradox's "random" nicknames in Yo-kai Watch 2 are: Tempus, Dexter, Porter, and Glazer.
  • He is credited in the English version of M01 as "Tri-Mirapo"; this may have been his name in early localization.
