Mister Sandmeh (Japanese: 大山砂夫 Ōyama Sunao) is a Rank B Restoration-attribute Yo-kai of the Heartful tribe introduced in Yo-kai Watch 2.

Mr. Sandmeh evolves from Sandmeh when fused with a Sand Suit. Additionally, as of Yo-kai Watch 3, Why Naant evolves into Naandhi when fused with this Yo-kai.

Mister Sandmeh is a humanoid Yo-kai that is almost entirely made up of golden brown sand. His eyes are light blue with black pupils. He has short brown hair with a side part and wears a brown suit as well as a blue tie, and appears to be holding a white business card.

In the second season of the Mr. Crabbycat series, Mr. Sandmeh is the doting father of Sandmeh. He badgers Mr. Crabbycat to take better care of his son during school time.

Mr. Sandmeh causes inspirited people to be normal.

Evolve Sandmeh by fusing him with the Sand Suit. The Sand Suit can only be obtained through the Springdale Scratch-Off Lottery.

Yo-kai Watch 3[]

Fuse Sandmeh with the Sand Suit which can be found in the Springdale Scratch-Off Lottery.

He is required for a Baffle Board in the Springdale Business Tower. He will allow access to the stairwell needed for the quest Are You Up to the Job?!, allowing access to the 4th, 7th and 13th floors.

Yo-kai Watch Blasters[]

Fuse Sandmeh with the Sand Suit which can rarely be obtained as a reward for clearing Normal and Super Robonyan 28.

Alternatively, Seaweed Sensei sells the Sant Suit on some days if you have access to the VIP Room.

Etymology[]

  • "Mr. Sandmeh" is ostensibly a play on "Mr. Sandman" and "meh."
  • "Ōyama Sunao" is a combination of the Japanese family name "Ōyama" and "Sunao."
  • "Monsieur Félipaix" comes from "Monsieur" (mister), "Félix" (a French given name) and "paix" (peace).
  • "Don Arenito" combines "Don" and "Arenito" (Sandmeh) which come from "Arena" (sand) and "Calmadito" (calmed down).
  • "Herr Körner" combines "herr" (mister) and "sandkörner" (grains of sand).
  • "Senhor Calmin" is a combination of "senhor" (mister) and "calmo" (calm).
