  • Receiving food (normal): "Much obliged."

Etymology[]

Origin[]

Mumble, like Roary, is based on Ungyou of the Nio, the wrathful protector deities of East Asian Buddhism. Symbolizing latent strength, Ungyo is depicted raising an open palm and with his mouth shut, voicing the syllable "um" (representing death, the end of creation). Together they form the sacred word "Aum" (see Komasan#Origin), symbolizing the essence of the Absolute, encompassing creation from beginning to end.

Trivia[]

  • Mumbles does not have his real life medal counterpart.
