Every Day Beauty! is the third chapter in the Yo-kai Watch: Wakuwaku Nyanderful Days manga series.
Plot[]
Grumples reveals herself
Katie and Nate are walking through a park, as cherry blossoms are in full bloom. While Katie admires the cherry blossoms, Nate notices a teenage boy calling a girl more beautiful than the cherry blossoms. Nate says he could never talk to a girl like that, and Katie says that's a terrible thing to say to her. Nate asks if he said something wrong, and Katie replies that girls dream of growing up and being beautiful, and admits the girl was a beauty. She fantasizes about being like her, with Nate replying with "Maybe some day". A disappointed Katie says that he blew his second chance, and he was supposed to reassure her. Katie calls him a child, which Nate reminds her that she's a kid too. As Katie tells him that she meant more mature, she realises Nate has wrinkles on his face and looks like an old man.
Katie then notices Jibanyan and Whisper look old too, and they tell her to look for the responsible Yo-kai, and she then finds Grumples behind Nate. Grumples explains that she used to be beautiful, but she's now wrinkled, and nobody will call her beautiful, so she steals people's youth in revenge. Katie tries to reassure her by telling her everyone gets old, before Grumples angrily tells her Yo-kai aren't meant to get old. Grumples then tries to make Katie old and wrinkly, but she dodges her attacks and uses Nate, Whisper and Jibanyan as shields. With Grumples now tired, Katie comes up with her next move.
Grumples returns as Everfore
The next day, Katie is visited by the evolved form of Grumples, Everfore. Katie is shocked and tells Everfore she used too much cream.
