Etymology [ ]
"Naandhi" is a portmanteau of Naan bread, "what" in Japanese (Japanese : 何 , Nani ) , and Mahatma Gandhi .
"Sōnandā" is a play on "Sou nanda" (Japanese : そうなんだ , "Sou nanda" ) , a phrase for expressing agreement, equivalent to "I see."
The "nan" part of the name is written in the katakana script, implying that it is a pun on "naan."
"Respondio" derives from "Responder" (Answer) and "tío" (guy).
"Vabben" comes from "va bene" (that's good).
