Namahage O is a hybrid of Shishi O and Snartle's design characteristics.
He is a humanoid Yo-kai Hero. He has a blue, white and gold oni mask with big golden eyebrows, big orange eyes, a long silver lion's mane-like hair and two huge pointed golden horns. Namahage O wears a black upper bodysuit and orange baggy pants under white, blue and gold accented samurai armor; Sode on his shoulder, Haramaki on his chest which is held by a brown rope with a golden teardrop buckle-like decoration referencing Snartle, Kote gauntlets on his forearms over Namahage O's grey hands with gold claws, and Suneate on his shins over his grey feet with gold claws. Namahage O carries two long katana blades with black handles, white handle wrappings and gold kashira on the pommel.
