Ningyo Son Shoukou heavily resembles Mermaidyn, the major difference being that she appears to be wearing a Chinese commander outfit, consisting in a metallic sash on her waist, she is wearing a bronze diadem.
Son Shōkō is a legendary figure from the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history. She was the daughter of the warlord Sun Jian and the sister of Sun Ce and Sun Quan, rulers of the Eastern Wu kingdom. Known for her strength, pride, and martial skill, she became the wife of Liu Bei, a rival warlord who later founded the Shu Han kingdom.
