The Ninth Angel (Japanese: 第9の使徒 Dai 9 no shito) is a Rank SSS Yo-kai of the Eerie tribe exclusively in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble.
He have an alternative Rank Z form called Dai 9 no shito (Kakusei) (Japanese: 第9の使徒 (覚醒) Dai 9 no shito (Kakusei)).

The Ninth Angel is a luminescent blue ooze that takes over Unit-03 during its activation test. The Unit-03 is predominantly black, with white and dark red details. Also, like the other Evanglions in Rebuild series, its armor has numerous glowing details. This includes every white parts and the diamond-shaped shoulder pieces. Its head, as previously said, is dinosaur-esque with an oversized red fronthead plate. The Evangelion itself has grey eyes, although the eyecovers of the helmet make them appearing as red.
When Shinji managed to break the other angel’s choke hold with the help of Unit-01, although Unit-03 simply responds by growing another pair of arms. These are flesh-colored with red upper arms, as though to signify that Asuka is participating on some level. Unit-03 then proceeds to restrain Unit-01 with one set of arms and throttle it with the other, and the Ninth Angel begins to invade Unit-01’s neck through Unit-03’s new set of hands.

The Ninth Angel appeared in the "Evangelion Collaboration" Event that lasted from December 16, 2021, to December 31, 2021. It could be befriended after defeating his slingshots 40 times, being found in the event shop for only 5.600 Y-points, giving more Y-points in the Ninth Angel and Dai 9 no shito (Kakusei) slingshots.
The Ninth Angel returned in the "Second Evangelion Collaboration" that lasted from December 15, 2022, to December 31, 2022. It could be befriended after defeating Gendo Ikari slingshots 7 times.

Dai 9 no shito (Kakusei) appeared in the "Evangelion Collaboration" Event that lasted from December 16, 2021, to December 31, 2021. It could be befriended after defeating his slingshots 8 times, giving more Y-points in the Ninth Angel and Dai 9 no shito (Kakusei) slingshots.
Dai 9 no shito (Kakusei) returned in the "Second Evangelion Collaboration" that lasted from December 15, 2022, to December 31, 2022. It could be befriended after defeating the Gendo Ikari slingshots 8 times.
