Nurarihyon Matsuri wears a red and black kimono, the black side has lottus patterns and the red side has white flame patterns, both sides are tied by a purple ribbon. He wears an undercover yellow kimono with purple sleeves.

Nurarihyon Matsuri appeared in the "Yo-kai Watch Series 10th Anniversary Event～Lord Enma and X of Friendship Nyan～" event that lasted from July 1st, 2023, to July 15th, 2023. Since July 7th until July 15th there was a chance of befriend him in the limited Crank-a-kai, giving the damage and defense bonus in Enma Blade throne stage and Daiou Ikakamone impossible stage.
