Nurse Tongus is a humanoid mushroom with a pink cap and round, shining black eyes with long eyelashes, as well as blushing cheeks. Her mouth opens right beneath the cap, with a purple tongue hanging out. Her body is a pale yellow, and she wears a nurse's outfit with red buttons, a cap with a red heart on it, and black shoes. In one hand she carries bandages, and in the other a roll of gauze.
When snapped in the Yo-kai Cam, her tip is, "Stick out your tongue, please!"
Nurse Tongus's "random" nicknames in Yo-kai Watch 2 are: Nurse Ai, Tabitha, Latongya, and Daisy.
