Oiwai-tsukuseri (Japanese: お祝いつくせり Oiwai-tsukuseri) is a Rank S, Restoration-attribute Yo-kai of the Heartful tribe introduced in Yo-kai Watch World.

Biology[]
Oiwai-tsukuseri resembles Ghostess. She is wearing a light green kimono with multicoloured flowers patterns on her sleeves and skirt with a white kimono underneath. She has a pink obi, a light blue obiage and a yellow obijime with orange and blue beads. In her hands she is holding a white and orange hairdryer, a black makeup brush, yellow zori with pink straps, a light pink pouch with a red flower pattern and a yellow string tying it, a yellow powder compact and a brown comb.

Oiwai-tsukuseri was exclusive to the Yokai Happy New Year 2020 event that ran from December 26, 2019, to January 14, 2020. She could be freed from the Crank-a-kai with a New Year Coin 1.
