The Old Mansion (Japanese: 竹林のおんぼろ屋敷 Chikurin no onboro yashiki) is a dungeon in the north of Blossom Heights.

The Old Mansion is an abandoned building in the traditional Japanese style. The main and side building both have two floors.
In the games[]
Yo-kai Watch[]
The Old Mansion is visited in Chapter 4, where the player has to find the Yo-kai Watch upgrade parts and befriends Baku. As well, the mansion is visited during Start the Yo-kai Party! and Yo-kai Banquet, where the player battles Chirpster in the latter quest. There is also a D Rank Watch Lock, where the player can find Yo-kai such as Komajiro.
In the side building, during post game, the player can battle and befriend Corptain.
Yo-kai Watch 2[]
The Old Mansion in the past.
The Old Mansion reappears as an optional dungeon. It's initially blocked off by a Rank D watch lock with a Rank B watch lock for a side room of the main building. The player must visit it during Go for Rank C! where they are tasked with defeating three Yo-kai in the mansion. It is visited during the quest Gone Haunting, where the player battles Chirpster again, this time in the side building.
The first floor features six yellow chests, one at the inside dead end in the far east, one in the east of the northern garden section, one at the top of the narrow passage to the west of the main square room, one in the west of the large room just west of the front door entrance, one in the far west in the room entered by the central doorway and one in the north-western-most square room only reached from the attic. The attic features five yellow chests, one in the north and one in the south of the western room section, one in the smallest room reached from the main square room from the first floor, one in the south of the central area and one in the south-east of the eastern area.
The exterior of the area also appears in Old Springdale. It cannot be accessed, due to the gate being closed, but a car can be seen, implying the house is inhabited.
Yo-kai Watch 3[]
The player can encounter Chirpster and Liarbird in the main building. Interacting with them proceeds to a battle with Chirpster.
In the side building, if the player has the Meat Bun Trio, they can enter and fight Jibanyan Liu Bei, Komasan Sun Ce, Usapyon Zhongda, Whisper Kongming, Orcanos Lu Bu and Hovernyan Cao Cao.
