"Omatsu captures people's hearts with her mature Santa costume. It's hard to see because her mouth is hidden, but you can see how she's getting into Omatsu's spirit as she dances more sharply than usual."
Omatsu Santa wears a red top with a black ribbon with a brown belt, she is also wearing a large red skirt with black laces on the right side, also she is wearing large light grey socks with brow zaori with dark red laces. She is wearing a large garland with light blue and red spheres covering it.
Omatsu Santa appeared in the "Yo-kai Christmas Party ~Black Santa Advent~" Event that lasted from December 15, 2023, to December 31, 2023. There was a chance of befriending her in the limited Crank-a-kai. She gives the damage and defense bonus against the Kukuri-hime Santa stage located in the Miss Santa Yo-kai Contest (Japanese: ミスサンタ妖怪コンテスト,Misu Santa Yōkai Kontesuto) map. Additionally, she can give a boost in the score if you are stealing a Yokodori Treasure piece.
