Onitaiji is only exclusive to Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble.

	"Prohibited from eating oni for a diet, Demuncher reincarnated into a slim, handsome man. The spiral on his head changed to long hair and can be freely manipulated to eliminate oni."

Onitaiji (Japanese: 鬼退師, Onitaiji) is a Z-Rank Yo-kai of the Brave tribe introduced in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble. He is the reincarnation of Demuncher.

Biology

Onitaiji is a tall humanoid wearing Demuncher's attire, which consists of a white robe, red haori, a white hakama, a bead necklace, geta sandals, and white socks. Similar to Toadal Dude, he has a long, single strand of black hair. He has yellow pupils and wields a sword with a magenta blade.

During the Final Fight!! Reincarnated Yo-kai Appear ~Bushinyan Future~ event, the player can receive Onitaiji after defeating Rinne 9 times.

Etymology

"Onitaiji" derives from "oni" (Japanese: 鬼, demon), "taiji" (Japanese: 退治, elimination), and "shi" (Japanese: 師, master).

Designed by ®yuj1, Onitaiji is one of the six winning submissions for the Yo-kai Reincarnation illustration contest held in March 2020. The other winning submissions are Draculadoji, Good Bouya, Isshougomen, Karuma, and Uruoishittori.
