Onsen Komasan heavily resembles Komasan, the major difference being that he is dressed to visit the hot springs. He is shown to be wearing what resembles a yukata, which is white with thin, brown stripes. The cover on top of it is red, with the edges being a darker red. He also has an obi, which is the same shade of red as the edges of his cover. In his hands, he holds an onsen bucket; it is light brown, and it has a white towel with blue polka dots dangling out the top.
