History[]

Orcalyte appears as the last of the Big Four at the Tower of Zenlightenment. He is considered the strongest of the four. His attack scheme is as follows:

Iron Swing - Attacks a Yo-kai with his iron club to deal moderate damage.

Horned Stomp - Attacks all three Yo-kai by stomping the ground.

Iron Tornado - Spins to create a black tornado that follows a zigzag path.

Horned Bomb - Conjures up four black Oni Bombs that target four fixed areas:

ZenDARKenment! - Slams his club on a random column and darkens it. This makes it harder for the player to know where his attacks will hit.

Orcalyte’s Beat (Soultimate) - Targets a random Yo-kai for devastating damage. If the targeted Yo-kai moves, the Soultimate’s range changes. The column that the targeted Yo-kai is in determines the Soultimate’s range.

Because one Yo-kai cannot avoid damage, it is recommended to bring Yo-kai with Soultimates that revive allies, such as Fukurokuju.

Etymology[]

  • "Tsunodaruma" translates into "Horned Daruma" (Japanese: 角だるま Tsuno Daruma).
