Orochi (Japanese: オロチ Orochi) is a Rank S Shadowside Yo-kai of the Goriki tribe.
Specifically, this is the appearance of Venoct for the Shadowside series, 30 years after the events of the original series.
In Yo-kai Watch World, he is of the Slippery tribe.

Lightside Orochi from SS026
In his Lightside form, Orochi looks like a very pale human. He has blue hair with a ponytail. One of his eyes is covered with the hair which has two to three yellow streaks while the other eye is yellow and underneath it is what looks like a snake tongue-like tattoo. He seems to be wearing a black leather motorcycle jacket with purple fasteners on it, blue jeans with two belts, one buckled up and the other connected to what looks like a phoenix wing-themed scarf. He is depicted to be handsome, evident when he drove past Arachnia (who was possessing Isabelle) and Theo, she said that "That looked delicious." implying that she thought Orochi was attractive.

In his Shadowside form, Orochi resembles a green and purple serpent-like dragon. Two spiritual light green dragons surround him. His other two heads each have a single yellow eye.

Orochi can be freed from the present Crank-a-kai with a Gasha Coin, Five-Star Coin or One-Star Coin as a first prize post-game. He can also be befriended through Konkatsu with three gold souls.

Orochi looking after animals in SS026
In SS026, Orochi was the one who took the street animals and pets, including Terry. Summer asked why he did this. He replied that he came to the city by chance and stumbled across some stray animals. He soon realized that these animals were being mistreated by humans, thus saw humans as cruel, and has since protected lost animals. Summer and her friends tried to convince him that not all humans were bad, but he refused to believe them. He then transformed into his Shadowside form and attacked them, thus making them summon their Yo-kai and fight back.
He reappears in SS034 and SS041 where he aids fighting against Usakichi. He makes his final appearance in SS048 to aid against fighting Overseer.
