Orochi Kegare wears a dark blue kimono tied by a purple lace with light green ends. His snakes scarfs are green colored. He is wearing a gohstly purple mask.

Since February 7th, 2023 until February 14th, 2023 there was a chance that he could be befriended in the event limited Crank-a-kai. He have the defense and damage bonus in the Toten Jikokuten Gates. Additionally he has the damage and defense bonus against Jikokuten Kegare impossible stage.
