Orochi Santa resembles Venoct, the major difference being that he is now dressed as Santa. He wears a red shirt, a red cover on his shirt and pants, and baggy red pants. His shirt has white fluff on the sleeves, and his cover has white fluff on all of the sides. He also has white fluff on his gloves. His two dragons have red noses and gold bells that are tied with green ribbons. His hair-tie is white and fluffy, and there is a holly leaf attached to it. He has brown boots, with yellow laces. Floating above his sides, there are two presents; one is yellow with purple ribbons, the other is blue with yellow ribbons.

Orochi Santa appeared in the "Yo-kai Gakuen Y Special! ～Bousou Rinne～" Event that lasted from December 16, 2020, to December 31, 2020. There was a chance of befriending him in the limited Crank-a-kai. He gave the damage and defense bonus in the Mamemameinu Gates of Whimsy.
