During the 3rd Anniversary Level-5 All-stars event in Yo-kai Watch: Puni Puni, the player could pull Pigsy from the All-stars Crank-a-kai.
Alternatively, the player can pull Pigsy from Snack Coins, Level-5 Coins, or All-stars Coins.
