Puni-gami Kegare (Shuuentai) (Japanese: ぷに神 ケガレ(終焉体) Puni-gami Kegare (Shūentai)) is a Rank UZ Yo-kai from the Shady tribe exclusively in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble. It is the final form of Puni-gami Kegare.

Puni-gami Kegare (Shuuentai) resembles Puni-gami (Tenshin Shiki) but wearing darker colors. They is covered in black thorns that resembled pants and sandals. They is wearing a dark purple cape tied by light blue laces forming a lottus flower. On their back there are located two pairs of wings that are dark pink colored.

Puni-gami Kegare (Shuuentai) is created from Puni-gami's hatre.

Puni-gami Kegare (Shuuentai) can use dark attack from the essence of the Kegare Yo-kai and is capable of float.

Puni-gami Kegare (Shuuentai) appeared in the "Puni-gami's Darkness ~ Final Chapter Second Part~" Event that lasted from April 16, 2024, to April 30, 2024. There was a chance of befriending they in the impossible stage located in the Final Battle: Lotus Tower (Japanese: 最終決戦・蓮の塔 Saishū Kessen Kasu no Tō), they gave more Y-points in these maps:
- Four Heavenly Room (Japanese: 四天の間 Shiten no Ma) Gates of Whimsy.
- Puni-gami's Room (Japanese: ふに神の間 Puni-gami no Ma) Gates of Whimsy.
- Reward Room (Japanese: ごほうびの間 Gohōbi no Ma) Gates of Whimsy.
- Reward Room (Rare) (Japanese: ごほうびの間 (レア) Gohōbi no Ma (Rea)).
They could be befriended easily with Kachi Choujin Barikata (only for Puni-gami's Room), Ren (Tenshin Shiki) and Taishakuten on the team by fulfilling the following requirements:
- Clear Four Heavenly Room (Japanese: 四天の間 Shiten no Ma) Gates of Whimsy at least 20 times.
- Clear Four Heavenly Room (Japanese: 四天の間 Shiten no Ma) Gates of Whimsy at least 25 times.
- Defeat 2 of 4 challenger stages: Koumokuten Kegare, Zouchouten Kegare (in less than 60 seconds), Jikokuten Kegare (in less than 60 seconds) or Tamonten Kegare (in less than 60 seconds).
- Defeat 3 of 4 challenger stages: Koumokuten Kegare, Zouchouten Kegare (in less than 60 seconds), Jikokuten Kegare (in less than 60 seconds) or Tamonten Kegare (in less than 60 seconds).
- Clear Puni-gami's Room (Japanese: ふに神の間 Puni-gami no Ma) Gates of Whimsy at least 9 times.
- Clear Puni-gami's Room (Japanese: ふに神の間 Puni-gami no Ma) Gates of Whimsy at least 10 times.
