Ranma Saotome (Japanese: 早乙女乱馬,Saotome Ranma) is a Rank B Yo-kai of the Brave tribe exclusively in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble. He is a character from the Ranma ½ series, who is the main protagonist of the original series.
Ranma Satome due a curse he can transforms into a female version of himself which is being the Charming tribe.
His male form has two additional forms, and her female form has alternative form, who are Ranma Saotome S (Japanese: 早乙女乱馬S,Saotome Ranma Essu) which are Rank S and Kakusei Ranma Saotome (Japanese: 覚醒早乙女乱馬,Kakusei Saotome Ranma) who is Rank SS.
Ranma wears a cyan blue long-sleeved Chinese top with tucked in sleeves, black pants, and kung fu shoes. Meanwhile Ranma's S form is dressed with a orange long-sleeved Chinese top with tucked in sleeves, and orange Aura.
Ranma's female form is close to appearance to his male form, with the main differences between the two (other than gender) being the pigtail's length; the auburn hair color, which she gets from Ranma's mother (though Ranma's is more vibrant); and height, with Ranma's female form being about a head shorter than her male form. Her S form is the same as her female form, but wearing yellow long-sleeved Chinese top with tucked in sleeves, and red Aura.
Personality[]
Ranma has a fairly complex personality. Stubborn to a fault, frank, as well as carefree and energetic and picky/stingy, Ranma tends to insult others out of his lack of social upbringing with an inflated sense of worth, as well as taunting them about what he might perceive as flaws. He's also quite prideful, and will not back down in certain situations. He's also a wily character, and will do any means necessary when pushed to certain points, be it for revenge or schemes that he cooks up. He also has a tendency to give insulting nicknames, with varying levels of justification behind them.
His female form personality is the same as her male form.
Both Female and male (rank B and S) appeared in the first Shonen Sunday collab event and since then they returned in every Shonen Sunday events.
Kakusei Ranma Saotome was first available in the 5th Shonen Sunday collab event through the limited Crank-a-kai.
History[]
Ranma obtained a female form following an unfortunate training trip to China, where he and his father traveled to Jusenkyo, a legendary training ground of magically-cursed springs of water, located within the Bayan Har mountain range. Ranma first witness one of the springs transforming its bather, that being Genma, into a giant panda, and was in short order smacked into a spring which give him a female form.

Ranma is an exceedingly accomplished martial artist, and can perform great feats of strengths and speed. What is most core about Ranma, however, is his nigh-savant levels of skill when it comes to martial arts, and is capable of learning techniques in record time. The abilities of her female form are the same as his male form, however, Ranma's female form trades off the male form's strength for more speed.
