Rare Yo-kai (Yo-kai Watch 2)

Rare Yo-kai (Japanese: レア妖怪, Rea Yōkai), also known as Type Rare Yo-kai (Japanese: タイプレア妖怪, Taipu Rea Yōkai) are Yo-kai Watch 2 specific variants, that have changes based on their alliance (Bony Spirits or Fleshy Souls). These include small changes, such as Sandmeh having orange eyes, with one variant being rarer than the other, and having a different Skill. As the name implies, they are rare to encounter. There are 24 Rare Yo-kai, which are evenly split between 12 in the Bony Spirits faction and 12 in the Fleshy Souls faction. Both the overworld and the Yo-kai Medallium will feature these changes. Aside from the visual difference, rarity and skill change, there are no other changes.
