Righteous Zazel (Japanese: ぬらり神 Nurarishin) is a Rank S, Restoration-attribute Deva Yo-kai of the Brave tribe introduced in Yo-kai Watch 3.
In Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble, he is a Rank SS Yo-kai.
In Yo-kai Watch: Ukiukipedia Kiwami and Yo-kai Watch: Ukiukipedia Gakuen Y, he is classified as the Omamori tribe.

Righteous Zazel resembles Zazel, only with more vibrant clothing, blonde hair, brighter skin and grey prayer beads. Instead of a staff, he wields a sword.
Profile[]
Yo-kai Watch 3[]
Righteous Zazel is exclusive to the Blasters T Mode. He is available in the Japanese version after Update 2.0, and if the player links together Sushi and Tempura. Elsewhere he needs no prerequisites to be unlocked.
He can be fought and befriended on Mt. Cluvimpus with the Righteous Tag, given randomly by Mister E every day. Once his dungeon is completed, there is a random chance he will befriend the player.

Etymology[]
- His English name, Righteous Zazel, places the word "Righteous," a word relating to a "Morally right," "Justifiable," even "excellent," and connects it to his name Zazel.
- His Japanese name, Nurarishin, combines Zazel's Japanese name Nurarihyon (more specifically his nickname that Lord Enma and Ancient Enma use, Nurari) with 'shin' (God).

- Due to text limitations in Yo-kai Watch 3, his name is shortened to "Rgt. Zazel."
