Rocky Badboya (Japanese: あんのジョー An'nojō) is a Rank C, Ice-attribute, 'Merican Yo-kai of the Shady tribe introduced in Yo-kai Watch 3. As of Yo-kai Watch 4, he is part of the Uwanosora tribe.

Rocky Badboya has pale blue skin, pointy ears, navy blue hair with one long bang covering the right side of his face, red-orange eyes with yellow sclera, and has a scar on his chin. He wears blue shorts, red boxing gloves, and black boots.
Right next to him is a small round little entity named Patch (Japanese: オヤッサン Oyassan), who is pale pink, wears an eye patch, and carries a small white cloth.
Rocky Badboya causes the worst outcome the inspirited can think of to happen. Like most Yo-kai, not even he is above his own power's effect.

He can also be found in Blasters T in the Temple of Clusis ⑤ between floors 25 and 45, in Cluphinx Raised Paw ① and in Cluphinx Spade Mouth ①, ②, ③, ④ and ⑤.

Rocky Badboya can be found in Ark doors in Blossom Heights.
He can be freed from the Oni Crank-a-kai in Busters Hell Hole with a Demonic Coin as a third prize.
He can also be befriended through Konkatsu with two silver souls, two red souls and three gold souls.
He can also be found in the Gargaros, horse mask, first Oni Orb hunt, Ogralus and Hyakki-hime (Shadowside) missions in PuraPura Blasters (appearing most frequently in the latter two).

Etymology[]
- "Annojoe" is a wordplay on an'nojō (案の定, "sure enough, just as expected") and ano Joe (あのジョー, "that Joe").
- "Rocky Badboya" is a combination of Rocky Balboa, the title character of the Rocky film series, and "Bad boy" being altered to have a similar phonetic with his last name of Balboa.
- "Rocky Malrolla" is a combination of Rocky Balboa, the title character of the Rocky film series, and "Mal rollo" (Bad feeling).
His diminutive Yo-kai coach that accompanies him is referred to as "Patch", a direct reference to the eyepatch it wears.
Origin[]
Rocky Badboya is a parody of Jou "Joe" Yabuki, the protagonist of Ashita no Joe, a famous boxing manga by Ikki Kajiwara, with his companion corresponding to Danpei Tange, an eye patch-wearing retired boxer who acts as Joe's coach.
