Biology

Sad to the Bone appears as a floating skeleton with a single red and yellow colored eye and no legs. He has purple colored hands and golden wristbands around his arms. Inside of his ribcage is a blue flame with two blue flame wisps floating around him. He also has a single horn atop of his head.

• "Penancio" combines "Penas" (pain or sadness) and "Cansancio" (fatigue).
• "Scheletristo" is a portmanteau of "scheletro" (skeleton) and "tristo" (archaic or poetic word that means sad).
• "Kummerknochen" is a portmanteau of "Kummer" (grief or sorrow) "Knochen" (bone).
