Saki Machida (Japanese: 町田 早希 Machida Saki) is a character who appears in Yo-kai Watch Shadowside.

Physical Traits[]
Saki is a girl with a short brown bob, her hair being accompanied by side bangs. Her eye color is a darker shade of brown and she is typically seen in a school uniform. On top of this, she carries a school bag around with her.

Saki goes to the same school as Summer Adams and is presumably her best friend.

Yo-kai Watch Shadowside the Movie: The Return of the Oni King[]
Saki in MM04.
Saki plays a more prominent role in the manga adaptation of M04. She meets Summer on her way to school where she managed to catch the bus but Summer didn't. Summer asks her to stop the bus but she tells her it isn't a taxi. When Summer finally gets to school, Saki tells her it's closed for the day because of a strange orb in the sky.
Later, while Saki is walking home she spots a strange man who turns out to be an Oni possessed by an Onimaro. He attacks and she is transformed into an Oni too. Later, after Summer is given the Yo-kai Watch Arcane by Whisper, she runs into Saki and is horrified to see she's turned into an Oni. She summons Himoji in hopes to return her to normal but he merely malnourishes her and she runs away. Summer swears to continue to fight to be able to save Saki.
Summer embraces Saki.
Once the Onimaro leader is defeated, Saki returns to normal and Summer runs into her arms, hugging her tightly. Saki is confused but Summer tells her to not worry about it and walks her home.

- Many fans have theorized that she might be Hailey Anne's daughter, sharing a similar hairstyle and owning a small plushie on her school bag that resembles Usapyon, who was Hailey's Yo-kai partner.
